End User License Agreement
This End User License Agreement is a legal agreement between PostureDock ("Provider," "we," or "us") and the entity or person that downloads or uses any PostureDock files or materials ("Customer," "you," or "your"). By downloading, installing, or using the Product you accept this EULA.
Definitions
- Product
- means the digital items you purchase or download from PostureDock. Examples include JSON or YAML exports, PowerShell scripts, KQL queries, workbooks, watchlists, PDFs, images, and videos. Documentation and samples are included.
- License
- means the rights granted to you under this EULA. The License is non‑exclusive and non‑transferable.
- Tenant
- means a single Microsoft 365 or Entra ID tenant that you own or control.
- Update
- means any bug fix or revision that we choose to provide.
License Grant
Subject to payment of all fees and continued compliance with this EULA, Provider grants you a limited License to download and use the Product for your internal business purposes.
License Options
Choose the option that matches your purchase. If your order page shows only one tier, that tier applies.

Permitted Use
You may:
- Import, configure, and adapt the Product for your Tenant.
- Make a reasonable number of backup copies for internal use.
- Keep internal documentation that references the Product.
Prohibited Use
You may not:
- Resell, sublicense, rent, lend, or distribute the Product or any derivative to third parties.
- Post the Product publicly on the internet, including public repositories, except for the redacted sample files that we publish for testing.
- Use the Product to provide a competing content pack, template set, or similar product.
- Remove or alter copyright notices or license markers.
Ownership
The Product is licensed, not sold. Provider and its licensors own all rights, title, and interest in and to the Product. No rights are granted except those stated in this EULA.
Delivery and Environment Safety
- Delivery is by digital download. You are responsible for installation and configuration.
- Always test in a lab or pilot group before you apply any control to production.
- Maintain at least one break glass account that bypasses Conditional Access.
- You are responsible for your Tenant, your users, and your data.
Updates
We may release Updates. Updates may change, add, or remove content. Access to Updates is governed by the terms on the order page. We may discontinue any Product at any time.
Support
Purchase of the Product includes self‑serve documentation only. We do not provide custom consulting or hands‑on troubleshooting. You can contact us for order or download issues at hello@posturedock.com.
Refunds
Refunds are available within fourteen days of purchase if the Product does not import or function as described and you notify us at hello@posturedock.com with your order ID. Refunds are not available for change of mind or where your environment does not meet prerequisites.
Third‑party Terms
The Product may reference or interact with services from Microsoft or other vendors. Those services are governed by their own terms. We do not control or warrant any third‑party service.
Confidentiality and Data
The Product does not require access to your confidential information. If you send us any data by email you are responsible for removing personal or sensitive information. We do not want credentials, tokens, or production data.
No Legal, Compliance, or Security Warranty
The Product is provided for informational and operational use. It does not guarantee legal, regulatory, or framework compliance. You are responsible for your risk decisions and for verifying that the Product fits your use case.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Product is provided as is and as available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Provider disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non‑infringement.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Provider will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill, or data. Provider's total liability for all claims relating to the Product will not exceed the amount you paid for the Product in the twelve months before the claim arose.
Indemnification
You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Provider from and against any claim arising out of your use of the Product in violation of this EULA or applicable law.
Term and Termination
This EULA takes effect when you first download or use the Product and continues until terminated. We may terminate your License if you breach this EULA. Upon termination you must stop using the Product and destroy all copies, except that archival backups created in the normal course of business may be kept for legal recordkeeping.
Audit
We may request written confirmation of your compliance with seat and Tenant limits. You agree to cooperate with reasonable requests related to License verification.
Export and Sanctions
You will comply with all export control and sanctions laws that apply to the Product. You confirm that you are not located in a restricted country or on a restricted party list.
U.S. Government Rights
If the Product is provided to a U.S. Government end user, it is provided as commercial items with only the rights set out in this EULA.
Governing Law and Venue
This EULA is governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict of laws rules. The parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Nashville, Tennessee.
Changes to this EULA
We may update this EULA from time to time. The version posted on our website is the current version. Continued use of the Product after an update means you accept the new terms.
Entire Agreement
This EULA, together with the order page and any attached License terms, is the entire agreement for the Product. It supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings about the Product.
